We at Visionary Graphics strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 7 days of your purchase.
  • Your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Reason for the refund request

Refund Approval:

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved:

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

If Rejected:

If your refund request is rejected, we will provide you with a reason for the rejection and any steps you can take to resolve the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Non-refundable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Downloadable software products once they have been downloaded.
  • Gift cards

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
